Job summary

Lippert Components is relocating its RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX sites to Seguin, TX, with an initial assignment in Shiner and a September 2026 relocation target. Travel assistance is available for team members as needed.

As a Welder, you will contribute by assembling components, adhering to safety rules, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will rotate across production teams to meet schedules and demonstrate welding proficiency including GMAW techniques.

Qualifications

  • Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and twist; regularly lift 50–75 lbs, up to 90 lbs occasionally; familiar with welding symbols.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Observe all safety rules and policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pick and place components into fixturing and join by GMAW welding.
  • Identify out-of-conformance conditions and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor.
  • Rotate between production teams to meet schedules and company goals.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Set up welding equipment including changing gas.

Lippert is excited to announce we will be relocating our RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX! This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed!

Welder

Our Welders are responsible for adding value in the process flow by accurately assembling various components and/or sub-assemblies into specified fixturing and joining by welding or repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace and Plant proper.
  • Picking and placing components or subassemblies into proper fixturing and joining by the application of GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding.)
  • Exercising product and process knowledge to identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor of these situations in a timely manner.
  • Rotation of position into different production teams as is necessary to meet production schedules and Company goals in general.
  • Maintenance of good housekeeping practices always.
  • Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas
Qualifications:
  • Work Experience: Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
  • Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday; will be required to lift between 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 90lbs occasionally; familiar with welding symbols.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Education: Technical Diploma in Welding
Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
