The Ranch Hand plays a vital role in the daily operations and maintenance of a working ranch, ensuring the health and productivity of livestock and the upkeep of ranch facilities. This position requires hands‑on involvement in feeding, herding, and caring for animals, as well as maintaining fences, equipment, and pastures. The Ranch Hand contributes to the overall efficiency and sustainability of ranch operations by performing physical labor and monitoring animal welfare. This role demands adaptability to outdoor work in varying weather conditions and a commitment to safety and animal care standards. Ultimately, the Ranch Hand supports the ranch's mission by fostering a well‑managed environment that promotes livestock health and operational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on a ranch or farm environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of livestock care and handling.
