Job summary

Noble Research Institute is seeking a Ranch Assistant to support daily ranch activities, land stewardship and animal husbandry on our regenerative ranching program. You will assist with data gathering and recording, grazing management, and general ranch operations to help showcase sustainable practices.

The role involves maintenance tasks, livestock care, and collaboration with the ranch team to ensure environmentally responsible production across our lands.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with gathering and tracking ranch data
• Recording key ranch data promptly and accurately
• Assisting with ranch operations and routine land stewardship
• Maintaining and using farm equipment and vehicles per procedures
• Caring for livestock including watering, health monitoring, and low-stress handling
