Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience operating a dump truck or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of construction-site safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate ramp dump truck safely on construction sites, roads, and designated areas.
• Load, transport, and unload materials such as dirt, sand, gravel, stone, asphalt.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Secure and distribute loads to ensure safe transport.
• Follow company safety policies and DOT/state/federal requirements.
• Maintain awareness of site traffic and changing conditions and communicate with crew.
• Assist with general labor when driving work is not required.
• Keep truck clean and properly maintained.
