Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Ramp Supervisor to lead a ramp team, marshal aircraft, and oversee baggage handling. You’ll oversee wing walker duties, de-ice operations when needed, and operate ramp equipment while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance on a rotating shift.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with benefits starting after a probationary period. Must be able to work mornings and evenings in Fletcher, NC, with opportunities for flight privileges through Unifi

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/government authorities.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ramp crew in aircraft marshalling and ground handling tasks.
• Marshal arriving, departing, and towed aircraft and manage baggage handling.
• Operate ramp equipment and possibly cabin service duties; enforce safety policies.
