Qualificações

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. /32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures employees comply with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and regular evaluations for department staff.
