Alaska Airlines is seeking a Ramp Service Agent (RSA) in Anchorage to help move guests and luggage from curb to cabin. The role is fast-paced, outdoors in varying weather, and union represented, with a starting hourly rate and a path to benefits.
The RSA will load/offload luggage, marshal aircraft, and maintain ramp areas, requiring a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong interpersonal skills. A high school diploma and U.S. work authorization are required.

$1,000 new hire bonus. $500 after 60 days and another $500 after 6 months
