Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times in accordance with departmental and local requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Fosters a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures onboarding, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations for department staff.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies at all times.
