Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Ramp Agent in Raleigh, NC. The position is part-time with training and bid-based schedules, involving loading/unloading, aircraft servicing, and customer interaction on ramps and terminal areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Load, unload, service and guide aircraft and related equipment.
• Receive, record and handle baggage, air freight and mail as required.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft and damage.
• Operate and drive ramp equipment and perform cabin cleaning duties as needed.
• Complete forms and paperwork and communicate information in the company system.
• Work schedules based on seniority with potential overtime.
