Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Ramp Agent for our Ground Operations team in Colorado. This part-time position (32 hours over 5 days) includes training of 4–6 weeks and a schedule that may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay is $20.63 per hour with overtime and shift premiums where applicable. New hires are governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, with a focus on safety and efficient ramp operations.

• Provide friendly service to customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Load, unload, and guide aircraft and baggage.
• Operate and drive equipment; handle cargo, baggage, and freight.
