Job summary

Unifi is seeking team members to join our aviation services team at Fargo. You will marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, perform wing walker duties, de-ice as needed, and operate ramp equipment. Paid training is provided and no prior experience is required.

We value safety, reliability, and strong teamwork as you support passengers and aircraft operations in a busy ramp environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state requirements.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings.
• Load/unload/sort/transfer baggage and freight from aircraft bins.
• Operate ramp equipment (bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles).
• May perform cabin service duties and restock supplies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete work safely and according to Unifi standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards.
