You will operate outdoors in all weather, with shifts that may extend beyond standard hours, and you may contribute to on-time departures across the American Airlines network. Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must have a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or acceptable travel ID.
• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner and help achieve on-time departures/arrivals.
• Lift luggage throughout shift and stay physically active.
• Cruise on the tarmac in company vehicles while moving bags to destinations.
• Work outside in all weather conditions; shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours.
