Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring for an entry-level Ramp Agent at BUF, offering a $16.33 per hour pay rate. You will load, unload and sort freight, bags and mail, ensuring on-time departures while working outdoors in all weather.

This role includes paid on-the-job training, flexible shifts, overtime opportunities, and travel discounts through the airline network. No prior experience required. Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and have valid ID or travel authority.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
• Work outdoors on the tarmac and in all weather conditions.
• Operate in company vehicles for bag delivery to destinations.
• Work shifts that may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.

What you will be doing!

• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.
• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.
• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.
• Tired of being stuck inside all day? As a Ramp Agent, you will enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
