With this mission we, as a 100% subsidiary of AlphaConsult KG, are looking for you as a ramp agent (m/f/d) for our customer at the Hamburg Airport.

Your tasks as a ramp agent (m/f/d):

• You are the face of our airline customers
• During the entire ground time, you coordinate the processes of aircraft handling, e.g. loading, boarding passengers or briefing the pilots and crew
• You are responsible for monitoring the work processes on the aircraft in accordance with safety regulations
• You accompany the reversing of the aircraft and give the pilot the go-ahead for take-off
• To ensure smooth operations, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of departures, including telex traffic and the associated administrative tasks

Your profile as a ramp agent (m/f/d):

• You appreciate the flexibility of working in a time frame of 24/7
• Communication and a distinct willingness to provide service are your strengths, both in German and in English
• A driving licence (class B) is mandatory, your own car simplifies your commute to work
• You like to take on responsibility, but are also a team player
• Your enthusiasm for aviation is boundless
