Job Summary

The work of a Ramp Agent includes loading and unloading cargo (mail, express, freight, and company material), transporting cargo between terminals and aircraft, and performing related duties such as completing forms, assisting with aircraft push back, connecting ground support equipment, and maintaining security protocols. Routine cleaning and security monitoring may also be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure.
• Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment safely.
• Sort and load cargo efficiently.
• Perform ground service functions, including connecting/removing ground power and water services.
• Assist with aircraft push back and guide man functions.
• Maintain a secure work environment and report security issues.

Minimum Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
