A leading logistics company seeks a Ramp Agent to coordinate aircraft loading/unloading and provide customer service support. This full-time role requires a high school diploma/GED, good communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy packages. Job Duties
Coordinates all operations relating to the interface between feeder aircraft loading/unloading activities; to perform all job duties and responsibilities required of a courier and/or tractor-trailer driver. Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Duties:
Primary role: Ramp Operations/Customer Service Support
Secondary role: Route Coverage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of timekeeping/FedEx computer systems. Ability to properly identify and prioritize loading/unloading procedures. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Ability to operate GSE.
Job Conditions
Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations. Effectively communicate verbally in a time sensitive manner in noisy operations environment. Non-covered safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Preferred Qualifications: Starting Pay: $28.54 Minimum of 21 years of age, consistently lift 50 pounds, High School / GED Diploma, Valid Driver’s License consistently for the past three years. Must successfully complete a Federal Drug screen and background check.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary Information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
