Job Duties

Coordinates all operations relating to the interface between feeder aircraft loading/unloading activities; performs all job duties and responsibilities required of a courier and/or tractor-trailer driver. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

None.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
2. Knowledge of timekeeping and FedEx computer systems.
3. Ability to properly identify and prioritize loading/unloading procedures.
4. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
5. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
6. Ability to operate GSE.

Job Conditions

1. Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
2. Must meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations.
3. Effective verbal communication in a noisy environment.
4. Medical exam required.
5. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:59 pm.
