Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring Ramp Agents to support flights by providing ground services at partner airports. The role involves guiding aircraft, loading baggage, and operating ground equipment with safety as a priority.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the U.S. Training including ramp and SIDA is provided. Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills for verbal/radio coordination with flight crews and ground crew.
• Basic math skills for weight/balance calculations.
• Ability to use company computer systems to track cargo and baggage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle loading/unloading challenges.
• Good time management to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate heavy equipment and coordinate with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Move luggage and cargo with equipment and drive/operate belt loaders and tugs.
• Record arrivals, departures, and complete paperwork in the system.
• Follow safety protocols and complete required training.
