Qualifications

• Completion of Ramp Agent training course.
• Must be able to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment.
• Must pass background/drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle baggage and cargo below the wing.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft; provide cabin maintenance tasks and de-ice as needed.
• Work as a team to deliver excellent customer service.
