Position Overview:

As a Ramp Agent, you will work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services, providing the highest level of customer service, and keeping passengers and aircraft moving safely and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly and safely load and unload freight, including build-up and breakdown of cargo pallets and freight containers following guidelines
• Operate equipment safely with proper certifications
• Obtain proper security documents for all shipments
• Verify shipment pieces, weight, dimensions, and airworthiness upon receipt from customers
• Verify shipment pieces and airway bill numbers upon delivery to customers

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and clients in English
• Valid driver's license required

Work Environment:

• Warehouse: Physically strenuous, prolonged standing, exposure to noise, odors, varying temperatures, and humidity, around heavy moving equipment
• Outdoor: Prolonged standing, exposure to weather, dust, dirt, fumes, noise, and heavy equipment and vehicles

Physical Demands:

• Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
