Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Ramp Agent in Hawaii to marshal aircraft, load/unload baggage, and operate ramp equipment on an AM shift. No experience required; paid training is provided.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly staff, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and employee discounts. Responsibilities include wing walking, de-icing as needed, cabin service duties, and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
