Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a ground support team member to marshal aircraft, load/unload cargo, and safely operate ground support equipment. You will coordinate with flight crews and teammates while maintaining strict safety and security standards.

Role requires physical fitness, flexibility for varied shifts, and a valid driver’s license. Training on airport procedures may be provided; a safe, collaborative work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license throughout employment.
• Strong communication to coordinate with team and flight crews.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security regulations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Fluently read, write, and speak English.
