Your responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying order details, and performing quality checks on all to-go items, ensuring they are correctly packed and meet Tatsu-Ya standards.

To succeed in this role, you should be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Food Handlers certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid Food Handlers certification required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Efficient in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and verify order details.
• Ensure all to-go items are packed correctly.
• Perform quality checks on every order.
• Coordinate with BOH and FOH teams.
• Maintain an organized to-go staging area.
• Restock to-go supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
