Ridgemont Hospitality is hiring servers for Ani Ramen Jersey City. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, and ensure accurate delivery to guests with friendly service.

We are seeking individuals with 2+ years in hospitality, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and provide excellent customer service. This is a full- or part-time role with competitive pay and benefits such as employee discount and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into POS (point of sale) for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly with all necessary items (food, utensils, etc)
• Collect payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
