ANI RAMEN HOUSE in Cranford, NJ is seeking Line Cooks to join our expanding team. You will prepare all food items according to recipes, maintain a clean workstation, and help ensure timely service in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to proper procedure and recipe.
• Follow all recipes to standard, including proper plating presentation and portion.
• Sets up workstation according to company standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of their workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Reports to work in a timely manner and follows the schedule.
• Executes all recipes, plating, and cooking techniques set by brand standards.
• Aids the culinary team with additional task that is requested by the Kitchen manager.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
