  • Job Schedule: PRN
  • Weekly Hours: Varies
  • Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.50
Position Overview

This on-call, PRN position requires the individual to be awake during overnight hours, self-motivated to complete tasks, and ensure smooth operations. The small team works collaboratively to meet residents' needs in assisted living.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide care including medication administration, healthcare services, and assistance with activities of daily living in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist residents with self-administration of medications and maintain proper appearance and hygiene.
  • Support residents with toileting, dressing, transferring, and repositioning.
  • Accurately obtain and report vital signs and monitor health status changes.
  • Follow OSHA and CDC guidelines to prevent infections, including proper chemical handling and aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, and manage linens and clothing.
  • Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Participate in community activities and collaborate with volunteers.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (may be required depending on state).
  • Must meet minimum age requirements if using lifts for resident transfers.
  • Complete and maintain medication administration training per state guidelines.
