Job summary

AJET Plumbing seeks a Fire Protection Division Manager to launch and lead a new fire sprinkler division serving multifamily and commercial properties. You will manage inspections, service, and installation initially, then hire and train a dedicated team as the division grows.

The role requires NICET III in water-based systems and the ability to obtain a North Carolina license. Strong customer relations and independent project management are essential.

Qualifications

• NICET III certification is required.
• Must be able to obtain NC license if not held.
• Experience with fire sprinkler inspections, service, and installation.
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards and codes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire sprinkler inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs.
• Install, modify and service water-based fire suppression systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate status with clients and internal staff.
• Assist with light business development, proposals and client meetings.
• Help establish division standards, equipment needs and processes.
