Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe is hiring Back of House Staff for its Raleigh, NC location. You will work in our kitchen area as cooks, food prep, or dishwashers, supporting food preparation, dishwashing, and meal cooking to ensure a great guest dining experience focused on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and operating the POS system. Candidates should be adaptable, reliable, and able to work AM/PM and weekends in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and food handling procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and ServSafe certification.
