Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate jackhammers, drills and other power tools as required.
• Position, align, and seal structural components such as concrete walls and pipes.
• Shovel cement and mix, pour, and spread concrete.
• Signal equipment operators to guide machinery and material movement.
• Spray materials to clean, coat, or seal surfaces; tend concrete-related pumps and sprayers.
• Load and unload building materials and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and work extended hours including nights and weekends.
