A highly regarded AmLaw firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Raleigh office. Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, trade secrets, products liability, employment litigation, environmental contamination, and other complex civil litigation
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation with direct client interaction
• Collaborate with experienced litigators on high stakes matters

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience taking and defending depositions required
• Strong academic credentials
• North Carolina bar admission or ability to obtain admission
