ESP Associates, a Civil Engineering and planning firm, seeks a Land Development Market Leader in Raleigh. You will drive growth, lead an engineering team, manage projects and budgets, and coordinate with clients, staff, and sub-consultants to deliver multi-disciplinary site developments.

You will mentor staff, oversee proposals, and uphold QA/QC while aligning with firm strategy and client needs across commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

Formación

• BSCE or related engineering degree required.
• PE Registration in North Carolina preferred.
• 15+ years in civil engineering design and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business planning and growth in Raleigh and surrounding markets.
• Direct engineering team and coordinate with staff, clients and sub-consultants.
• Manage contracts, proposals, schedules, budgets and invoicing.
• Ensure client satisfaction with designs meeting budget and timelines.
• Coordinate QA/QC reviews and permit submittals with authorities.
