The 12-week program begins May 17, 2027, providing hands-on experience, mentorship from leaders up to the CEO, and opportunities to network and contribute to real company finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior or Graduate student pursuing an Accounting degree, with plans for CPA after graduation.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and GAAP concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Curious, adaptable, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close activities, SOX control testing, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects.
• Support financial reporting, accounting, and compliance processes through data analysis, documentation, testing, and research for GAAP, SOX, SEC, and statutory reporting.
• Gain exposure to accounting, regulatory, and compliance requirements within a highly regulated industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a broad understanding of the finance and mortgage insurance industry.
