Store 4701821: 1633 Knoxville Ave, Peoria, Illinois 61603# **Shift Availability**Flexible Availability**Job Type****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:* Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.* Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending* Effectively provide training to new hires* Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates.* Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team* Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.* Able to create an effective schedule.* Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation* Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)* Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.* Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses* Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.* Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:* High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.* Leadership and communication skills including active listening.* Experience with team building* Excellent sales and customer service skills* Ability to anticipate customer needs* Proficient computer skills* Strong work ethics and professional attitude**EXPERIENCE**:Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
