This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support template-focused event builds, assess use cases across regions, and contribute to the creation of scalable systems that support global operations. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role that requires excellent follow-through and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure event workflows, registration forms, pages, session and exhibitor modules and meeting programs in RainFocus, ensuring all technical and functional requirements are met
  • Create event, workflow, page, and email templates, and folder structures to standardize and streamline the event setup process
  • Build, test, and document event workflows to ensure a seamless attendee experience
  • Build, test, and document attendee, content, exhibitor, and speaker portals, ensuring a consistent and engaging user interface
  • Configure advanced workflows and rules to accommodate unique registration needs, including leveraging atomic, conditional logic, integrations, and custom experiences
  • Implement platform best practices in collaboration with the internal Crawford team and RainFocus resources to streamline delivery
  • Collaborate with the Event Enablement Lead and technologists to support custom use cases for company events
  • Recommend and implement best practices within RainFocus to enhance event performance and user experience
  • Document all event configurations, templates, and workflows clearly and consistently, contributing to the enablement playbook and internal knowledge base
  • Travel on-site to events upon request to ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of RainFocus technology

Qualifications:

  • Extensive expertise in RainFocus configuration and management, including creating template and direct experience with events ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 attendees
  • 5+ years of experience in event technology platform management, with a strong focus on enterprise-level events
  • Proven proficiency in RainFocus configuration, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and configuration best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing scalable workflows and processes in an event technology environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple event projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of event industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate this knowledge into innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively liaising between customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges
  • Experience in working with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to document workflows, platform configurations, and implementation logic in a clear and replicable format
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support on-site event technology deployment and execution

Rate:$2,600-$3,000/weekly W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
