Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both residential and commercial carpentry, and will be responsible for completing a variety of construction and repair projects. This role involves working on everything from framing and drywall to finishing work, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Construction & Repairs: Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, finishing, trim work, and cabinetry for both residential and commercial projects.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure precise execution of plans.
• Materials Management: Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to specifications. Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize waste.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite. Adhere to company and industry standards for quality and safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, other carpenters, and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Problem-Solving: Address any unexpected issues on the job site with creativity and efficiency, ensuring project quality is not compromised.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
