Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Utility Design, Utility Construction, or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, expertise, and project management during design and construction of utilities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop relationships with public/private utility agencies for standards compliance and safety.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and lead improvement projects, embracing new technology including AI tools.
• Maintain communication with internal partners and provide timely feedback.
• Develop risk assessments and solutions for non-standard plan requests.
• Provide performance reporting and statistical analysis to support operations and goals.
• Collaborate to grow revenue through cellular site plan reviews and approvals.
• Review drainage and storm water plans and feasibility reviews.
• Support relocation engineers by engaging utility owners and reviewing permits.
