### **Job Description**## **Overview**## We are seeking a ***Project Director with*** experience in Transit Facilities, ADA Improvements, and State-of-Good-Repair to join our **Rails and Transit team** in ***New York, NY*.****Your role*** Grow, nurture, and strengthen external relationships with key clients, contractors, business partners, and competitors. Drive joint initiatives and use networks to influence and close deals.* Oversee the delivery of complex projects (e.g. design-build and GEC), ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.* Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, representing the brand, vision, and value proposition both internally and externally.* Build and maintain strong networks with clients including public agencies and/or contractors, manage client accounts, and create a client-centric vision for business development.* Lead proposals and business development efforts.* Establish and nurture an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.## **About you*** A bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for a master’s degree.* P.E. or R.A.
