National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is hiring a Railroad Flagger to oversee track-side operations, manage train movements, and ensure compliance with federal safety rules. This role supports major railroads, smaller lines, transit systems, state projects, and contractors.

Travel is required (50% - 85%), with compensation ranging from $28 to $37 per hour based on experience. The position operates in a field environment with demanding physical requirements and strict safety expectations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Class 1 Railroad or similar rail system.
• Preferably within Maintenance Of Way (MOW) operations.
• Must be able to travel long periods and work in field environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities at the job site and with dispatchers and crews.
• Lead safety briefings and enforce railroad rules and training compliance.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain on-track safety per regulations.
• Build and maintain client relationships and monitor safety standards.
