Job summary

The position supports major railroads, regional lines, transit systems, state DOT rail divisions, and contractors in Seattle, WA. Minimum 2 years of relevant railroad experience is required, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Class 1 railroad, regional lines, transit systems, or state DOT rail divisions.
• Proficient with basic computer tools: Citrix, email, phone, texting apps.
• Willing to travel for long periods and complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities at the job site and communicate with dispatchers and crews.
• Lead safety briefings and enforce all railroad, state, and federal rules.
• Ensure contractors meet training requirements and document daily activities.
• Maintain on-track safety following federal regulations.
