Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training available.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, read, write fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Military experience a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Review track lists to organize railcars for spotting and movement.
• Ensure railcars are connected and secured by setting brakes/couplings.
• Separate loaded cars from preloaded or empty cars for shipment.
• Weigh inbound/outbound cars to verify weight limits.
• Perform additional duties to support safe and efficient rail operations.
