Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, with flexible availability required.

Pay Range

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and follow blueprints/schematics for repairs.
• Utilize mechanical skills for welding, cutting, and gouging.
• Notify materials or equipment needs to ensure task completion.
• Follow safety rules, keep work area clean, and comply with safety policies.
• Meet quality standards of AAR, ARS, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid Driver's License and/or TWIC card may be required depending on location.
• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass drug screening, physical, and background check.
• Military experience and ability to follow procedures are advantageous.
