Road & Rail Services is hiring Railcar Loaders to support fertilizer terminal operations in the Mulberry, Florida area. The role involves loading bulk fertilizer into railcars, monitoring product flow, and performing quality checks.

training is provided; candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, around industrial equipment, and at elevated heights, with a rotating swing schedule including day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in variable Florida weather.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform active work for long periods.
• Able to climb ladders and access loading platforms with fall-protection.
• Willing to learn new equipment and procedures; dependable with attendance.
• Experience in industrial environments is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transfer of bulk fertilizer into railcars.
• Observe material flow to ensure proper loading.
• Confirm correct product is loaded into each railcar.
• Monitor load quantities and prevent incomplete or incorrect loads.
• Perform product and quality checks to prevent contamination.
• Use remote-controlled equipment to position railcars during loading.
• Communicate with team during railcar movement.
• Complete loading, inspection, and production documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Attend safety meetings and job-specific training.
