Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking a Railcar Loader/Bulk Loader to load rail cars and bulk trucks with product from silos and to collect samples for lab testing.
The role requires strict adherence to procedures, good communication with the manager, and accurate record-keeping; the job is physically demanding and performed in a manufacturing environment with 24/7 operations.
The Bulk Loader's primary job responsibility is to load rail cars and bulk trucks with product from the silos. The Bulk Loader will also be required to collect samples and bring them to the Lab. Will need to stay in constant communication with the manager; closely follow written and verbal instructions; and keep accurate records.
Education must be of such level as to allow for accurate reading, writing, calculation and communication of the required materials and instructions to complete the job responsibilities. High school diploma/equivalent or higher education preferred.
The Bulk Loader has no supervisory authority.
Normal plant / manufacturing / warehouse environment. Hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Must be available for all days and all hours. Position is very physical / hands on. Will be exposed to high levels of noise, heat, cold, dust, and wet and humid conditions, and all other environmental factors normally attributed to a manufacturing environment. Will work out of doors in all weather conditions.
