We offer paid training, strong leadership, and long-term career opportunities in a safety-focused environment. Weekend/holiday work may be required; salary is $20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect locomotives before operation and verify fuel, sand, water, and supplies.
• Operate locomotive controls under supervision and follow safety rules.
• Assist with switching, placement, and movement of railcars.
• Interpret train orders, signals, and safety rules.
• Perform routine lubrication and basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
