Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Loader Material Handler to operate rail and truck equipment, monitor packaging flow, and uphold food safety standards at our Minot, ND facility.

The role requires 1+ year of manufacturing or food production experience, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification (preferred for advanced levels), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic rail and truck machinery and monitor processes.
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Perform routine operation checks and daily inspections.
• Ensure proper sanitation after changeovers and maintain cleanliness.
