Role snapshot

As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician focused on rail traction components, youb9ll operate production equipment and assemble precision electromechanical units from drawings and process guidelines. Youb9ll inspect and adjust completed builds so every unit meets exacting specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements.



A day in the life

You arrive and review work orders, blueprints, and schematics. You stage parts, then assemble, position, and secure components using the right combination of hand and power tools. Throughout the build, you verify measurements and tolerances with precision instruments such as calipers. When required, you drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes, aligning components with fixtures or templates. Before sign-off, you perform final inspection and adjustments to ensure each unit meets every detail of the spec.



Schedule

Core shift: 5:00pma0d7a03:30am. Initial training: 2a0d7a03 months on first shift (6:30ama0d7a05:00pm).
