The Mobile Track Crew Member position in Minot, ND, is a full-time role focused on installing and repairing railroad track at project sites. You will work with hand and power tools, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with a team to meet project specifications.

Travel is required (Production 75%, Regional 25%). Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $77,000 annually, with OT and per diem as part of the package; pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and references are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's License required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction environment.
