• Ability to pass background, drug screen, and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review track lists to identify railcars for spotting, separation, loading, or outbound movement.
• Safely connect, secure, and position railcars by setting brakes and verifying couplings.
• Separate loaded, empty, and pre-loaded cars to support yard flow.
• Verify weights of inbound/outbound railcars for compliance.
• Operate switches, derails, and trackside equipment for safe movements.
• Communicate with crew via radio, hand signals, and visual indicators.
• Perform additional tasks to support safe, reliable rail operations.
