Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to transit riders, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify transit personnel and responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and passenger flow to maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities and share with supervisors.
