Wabtec Corporation seeks a Senior Solutions Systems Engineer to define, govern, and advance integrated railroad technology solutions across Digital Intelligence portfolios. The role provides enterprise-level systems engineering leadership, establishing architectures, standards, and roadmaps to support business objectives and long-term innovation.

You will influence engineering practices and collaborate across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years in systems engineering, solution architecture, or integration engineering.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale, multi-product solutions.
• Deep knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle, requirements management, and verification.
• Experience establishing standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern enterprise-level solution architectures for multiple programs.
• Lead development of solution roadmaps and technology plans across platforms.
• Set requirements, interfaces, standards, and governance for engineering.
• Advise on complex customer opportunities, proposals, and initiatives.
• Evaluate requirements, RFIs, and RFPs; guide solution strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among systems, software, hardware, and product teams.
• Promote engineering methodologies and best practices across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate strategic technical and integration risks.
• Translate customer and market needs into technical direction for future products.
• Provide leadership during integration, validation, and field deployment.
